Frank Reich compiled a 40-33 record as the Colts head coach, a job he took in 2018 after Josh McDaniels opted out of it.

Belichick chews up young QB's, then spits them out and pisses on them

Should have stuck with Ryan (or Wentz)

There was no reason at all to shake things up by replacing Carson Wentz with Matt Ryan

Wentz had 27 Touchdowns and 7 ints that year

It's more Management's fault than coaching

How long did he last? 5 years? This was long overdue.

I think Belichick has a record of 110-10 of playing vs QB's who have been in the league 2 years or less.

Exaggerated record but you get (and you know) my drift

#32 rated OL by one site.
No top 16 (out of 32) quarterbacks since 2018.
Been thin at WR most of those same yrs.
IMO the GM / front office is the problem.
If he goes to a team with decent talent, he will flourish.

Also, they were 3-3-1 in a weak ass division

Ryan wasn't great but he was still top 5 in passing yards, which at least means he's competent

I don't understand why you get all experimental suddenly

It's an auto play

Bears game was an outlier. Jets and Colts games were easy winners

Pretty sure Ryan has a bad shoulder and that’s the main reason he was replaced. Not saying the only reason but the main reason. But I agree with some that GM/front office to blame for the Colts meltdown this year.
